Wild Cherry Scoop Spoon

This unique scoop-style spoon was hand carved from Oregon wild cherry wood. A hollow knot in the wood dictated the shape and style of this piece. The handle follows the swooping grain of the cherry wood and its ergonomic end completes the aesthetic. The spoon was wet sanded up to a smooth sheen and finished with food-safe, non-toxic Odie's Oil.
We get inspired by each piece of wood and enjoy making something one-of-a-kind from it. This scoop could never be duplicated again.
