Dark Cavern Night Lamp

This unique, one-of-a-kind resin and wood lamp with dimmer switch was inspired by an underwater cavern with a stormy surf above. It contains two pieces of colorful, figured buckeye that create the underwater cliffs and cavern. Dark blue swirls replicate the deep ocean and the white swirls emulate the surf. The resin block can be turned onto different sides to light up the lamp from different angles. Be creative with it and choose any side you wish!

The base is made from figured maple and features lovely spline joints. It's really important to us to have a design that allows you to change out the "lightbulb" so you never have to worry about your lamp going out. The base is a separate piece that the resin lamp sits snugly into. The LED light strip fits nicely in the channel between two gorgeous pieces of quarter sawn maple. The lights create an ambient glow from below that can be dimmed while you're laying in bed or brightened for an eye-catching piece in any room.

Each wooden piece we make is the only one of its kind. The variations and special characteristics in the wood are highlighted in each piece and made into art that you can enjoy.
